Terms of Use
Last updated:
AYNA helps you explore how an outfit could look through AI-generated visual previews. These terms explain the conditions for using the website and available app features, the responsibilities that come with submitting images and the limits of what a virtual outfit preview can tell you.
1. These terms and the service
These Terms of Use apply to the AYNA website, account services and iPhone preview. Please read them before creating an account or submitting content. Where these terms are presented for acceptance, accepting them forms the basis on which you may use the relevant service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit a generation request.
The Privacy Policy separately explains how information is handled. Agreeing to these terms does not waive your privacy rights and does not provide blanket consent for optional tracking or uses of your photos that require separate consent.
AYNA, we, us and our refer to the team operating the preview. The legal operator’s identity and a dedicated public contact have not yet been published. These details must be completed before public launch; these terms do not represent that a paid production service is already available.
2. Who may use AYNA
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the applicable agreement. Use AYNA only where doing so is lawful. The current preview is intended for individual outfit exploration; access does not automatically include a business API, resale arrangement or permission to operate a service for other people.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and using a sign-in account you are authorised to access. Do not impersonate another person or use another person’s photographs as if they were your own.
3. Your account and access
Some features require an account and an enabled sign-in method. Keep access to your sign-in provider and device secure, and do not sell, share or transfer account access to bypass restrictions. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account; these terms do not make you automatically responsible for every unauthorised act by a third party.
Account access may depend on a sign-in provider, network connectivity and the availability of the relevant app version. Account deletion permanently deletes your associated AYNA data and makes it inaccessible. Signing out, removing the app or clearing only local data does not by itself initiate account deletion. The Privacy Policy explains these actions in more detail.
4. What the current preview provides
The public website presents selected clothing collections and prepared styling examples. Moving a comparison slider reveals those examples; it does not generate an image using your appearance. Availability descriptions and store links do not guarantee that every feature is available on every device or in every country.
A connected iPhone test build can submit image requests to a generation service, retrieve results and track its allowance. A demonstration build may use sample results instead. Features, temporary allowances and saved test state may change during development, and the preview is not a guaranteed long-term storage service.
Maintenance, capacity limits, provider outages and safety checks can delay or prevent a result. A request may continue after you close the app. No particular generation time, uninterrupted availability or minimum number of successful results is guaranteed for the free preview.
5. Photos and material you submit
You retain whatever rights you already hold in the photos, outfit references and other material you submit. Uploading an image does not transfer ownership of it to AYNA. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for AYNA and its processing providers to use that material to perform your request.
Personal reference photos must depict you as an adult. Only submit garment images you are entitled to use. An image being publicly visible on a retailer’s website or social platform does not automatically give you permission to copy, modify or commercially reuse it. Importing a link through the share extension does not grant those rights.
You give AYNA a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, copy, transmit, resize and process submitted material, and to create and deliver the requested results, to the extent necessary to operate your selected features. This permission includes use by service providers involved in those operations and remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This service permission does not authorise AYNA to use your personal photographs in public advertising or imply your endorsement. Any additional use requiring a separate permission must be addressed separately. Ending your use does not automatically remove copies already exported or all records described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI results and their limitations
A generated look is a visual interpretation, not a photograph of a physical fitting. AI may alter your face, body proportions, skin appearance, garment construction, colour, pattern, accessories or background. A result can contain errors or unexpected details even when the reference images are clear.
AYNA does not measure your body or guarantee a garment’s size, comfort, fabric behaviour, availability or real-world appearance. It does not provide medical, health or body-assessment advice. Check the original retailer’s measurements, materials, size guide and return policy before making a purchasing decision.
Review a result before saving, sharing or relying on it. Do not present a generated image as evidence that you wore an item, visited a place or obtained a brand endorsement when that is not true. Disclose that an image is AI-generated where the context or applicable law requires it.
7. Using your generated images
You may save and share results through the features available to you, subject to these terms and the rights of others. AYNA does not claim ownership of your likeness or your original photographs. To the extent AYNA holds transferable rights in an output created for you, you may use that output for your own lawful purposes.
AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and similar outputs can be generated for other users. AYNA does not promise that a result is exclusive, legally protectable or free of third-party rights. A generated logo, branded garment or depicted design can still involve someone else’s rights.
Before using a result in advertising, merchandising or other commercial work, make sure you have the necessary rights in the reference material, brands and other protected elements. Access to AYNA is not a licence from a clothing brand, photographer, retailer or other rights holder.
8. Acceptable use and restricted content
Use AYNA for lawful, respectful outfit exploration. Do not submit material or use a result in a way that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights. The current preview does not support underwear, lingerie or swimwear requests.
- Do not submit images of children, intimate imagery, sexual exploitation material or content intended to undress or sexualise a person.
- Do not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual images, harassment, threats, humiliating content or fraudulent endorsements.
- Do not upload stolen material, private documents, malicious files or content you lack permission to process.
- Do not attempt to access someone else’s account, private images, signed links, tokens or generation history.
- Do not bypass safety controls, allowance limits or access restrictions, or deliberately interfere with the service through automated abuse or excessive requests.
- Do not copy or exploit AYNA’s software or service in violation of applicable law. Nothing here restricts rights that the law makes non-waivable, including permitted interoperability or security research.
9. Generation allowances and failed requests
A preview build may provide a temporary allowance or credits to limit generation. These are service-use units, not money, a deposit, stored value or a transferable asset. Free test allowances have no cash value and do not create an entitlement to a future paid plan.
The connected service tracks generation costs and balance changes on the server. A submitted request can consume an allowance even though its result is not immediately visible. Where the service records a request as failed or cancelled, the current generation flow restores the allowance charged for that request. Closing the app alone is not cancellation.
A completed image that you dislike is different from a job recorded as failed. You can use the available rating or report feature to describe a problem, but submitting feedback does not itself guarantee a new generation or an allowance adjustment. None of this limits a remedy required by applicable consumer law.
10. Prices, purchases and future subscriptions
The current website does not sell subscriptions or take payments, and demo purchase flows in the iPhone preview do not charge money. Any planned pricing or example balance describes a possible offering rather than a completed purchase. You do not become a paying subscriber merely by creating an account or using a free demonstration.
If paid features become available, the checkout or app-store purchase screen must state the actual price, currency, billing period, included allowance and any renewal conditions before you agree to pay. Cancellation, refund and withdrawal information must be provided for that offering. These preview terms do not authorise an undisclosed charge or automatic conversion from free access to a paid plan.
Where an app store processes a future purchase, its payment and account-management rules may also apply. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or creates a blanket no-refund rule.
11. Retailers, brands and other services
Clothing collections may link to independent retailers. AYNA does not sell the displayed clothing and is not a party to a purchase you make from a linked store. The retailer is responsible for its current product details, prices, stock, delivery, returns and customer service.
Displaying an item, brand name or logo does not imply a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Product details can change after they are shown in AYNA. Review the retailer’s current listing before ordering.
Third-party apps, sign-in providers, AI services and websites operate under their own applicable terms. AYNA cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of an independent service, but this does not remove any responsibility AYNA has under applicable law for the service it provides to you.
12. AYNA’s intellectual property
The AYNA name, interface, software and original site material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, you may access the available features for their intended use. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying software or brand by using them.
Rights in third-party photographs, clothing designs, names and marks remain with their respective holders. Your rights in submitted material and generated results are addressed separately above. Do not remove notices or imply that you represent AYNA without authorisation.
13. Feedback and content concerns
Where available, use the image-report feature to flag an inappropriate result, an appearance problem or an outfit mismatch. A connected build can store your report with the relevant image record; a demonstration-only feature may have a different scope. A report acknowledgment confirms submission, not a guaranteed resolution or response time.
If you believe content infringes your rights, a useful report identifies the content, explains the right involved and provides enough information to investigate. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive photographs. A dedicated public contact for rights and service enquiries remains to be published for the preview.
You may provide suggestions voluntarily. AYNA may use general product suggestions to improve its features without owing compensation, but that permission does not override the treatment of personal information or give unrestricted rights to your submitted photographs.
14. Restrictions and ending access
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to address unlawful content, serious misuse, a security risk or a legal requirement. The response should be proportionate to the issue. Where practicable and lawful, the reason and a way to raise an error should be provided; urgent protective action may need to happen first.
You may stop using AYNA at any time. If you delete your account, all data associated with you in AYNA’s systems is deleted, becomes inaccessible and cannot be restored by reopening or recreating an account. Export any images you wish to keep before confirming deletion. Copies already saved to your device or shared with another service remain under your or the recipient’s control.
Simply ceasing to use the service, signing out or uninstalling the app is not an account-deletion request. Account deletion does not waive a statutory remedy, and any future paid service must explain applicable cancellation and refund rights alongside the purchase terms.
15. Service limitations and responsibility
The free preview is experimental and may contain faults, lose test state or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of images you want to retain. AYNA cannot promise that every output will match your expectations, that every technical error can be corrected or that an outside provider will always be available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AYNA is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen from a breach, or business losses arising from use of a personal preview. This is not a blanket exclusion of responsibility for harm caused by AYNA or for obligations the law does not allow it to exclude.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory rights relating to digital content, services, privacy and consumer protection continue to apply.
16. Applicable rights and disputes
If a problem arises, keep the relevant request details and any correspondence so it can be investigated. These preview terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign court on you. They do not prevent you from using a regulator, consumer body or court available under applicable law.
No particular governing jurisdiction is designated here while the legal operator details remain unpublished. Applicable law determines the parties’ rights and the courts with jurisdiction. Any future choice-of-law clause must preserve consumer protections that cannot lawfully be taken away.
17. Changes to the service and these terms
AYNA may revise preview features and these terms as the product develops. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes should be brought to your attention where required, and a new acceptance should be obtained where the law or nature of the change requires it. An update does not retrospectively authorise an undisclosed charge or remove an existing statutory remedy.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply so far as the law permits. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it on another. These terms, the applicable feature disclosures and any purchase terms actually accepted by you govern their respective subject matter.
